It’s only been opened since mid-October, but the new Boise Thai Noodle House already has regulars.

The family-own restaurant, which is receiving glowing reviews, is on W. Chiden Boulevard and is only serving take-out for now.

But that’s not stopping its following from growing.

Soon, fans of Boise Thai will have a chance to enjoy the food inside the newly remodeled interior that can seat more than 50 customers.

The family who owns the restaurant has experience with authentic Thai food, having spent time in Thailand creating and experimenting with specialty dishes.

At Boise Thai, customers will have a hard time picking among the many soup options. Boise Thai serves beef, chicken, pork, kao soy and spicy moo yum noodle soups.

The pad Thai, pad see ew, drunken noodles are quickly becoming go-to favorites to order among returning customers. The pumpkin curry is also getting some major thumbs up, which seems appropriate given the season.

In addition, Boise Thai expertly crafts mouth-watering curries in yellow, red, green and panang.

Crispy rolls, fresh spring rolls, chicken satay, fried tofu, fish cake and coconut shrimp are just some of the appetizer items.

For the fans of fried food, don’t miss out on the pineapple fried rice, which includes chicken, shrimp, pineapple, onions, tomatoes, cashew nuts, raisin, egg and curry powder.
