With an opening date just around the corner, the arrival of Costco is timed perfectly for the upcoming season when we all hope to spread a little extra holiday cheer.
The giant warehouse chain will open its doors at its Treasure Valley location along Chinden Boulevard and Ten Mile Road on October 15.
Costco arrived in Boise about 30 years ago with a store near Boise Towne Square on Franklin Road before it moved to a larger location in 2003.
A second location opened up in Nampa.
For its third act, Costco is coming to a fast-growing portion of Meridian.
It’s a great location that easily connects residents from Emmett, Horseshow Bend and other points to the north.
Construction started earlier this year and has moved ahead rapidly. Plans also call for a fuel site and additional development, including luxury apartment housing.
We know you are as excited as us to welcome Costco to our communities across Boise and Meridian. Residents value quality and diverse shopping destinations such as Costco.
